Administration and payrolls

  • We calculate remunerations and other benefits pursuant to the provisions of contracts of employment, the collective labour agreements, the workplace regulations, the rules of remuneration, and the provisions in force
  • We calculate the benefits due during periods of temporary incapacity to work for the time of the inability to work, sickness benefits and maternity, the remuneration and holiday equivalents
  • We draw up:
    • Payrol lists
    • Payrol slips for employees
    • RMUA reports
    • Employment and remuneration  certificates
  • We prepare files of transfers of the remuneration in the format agreed with the Principal
  • We draw up and submit settlement documents (DRA, RCA, RSA, RZA) to ZUS  and we inform the Principal of payment deadlines for contribution
  • We calculate personal income tax for the Principal employees and we  inform the Principal of payment deadlines for taxes
  • We draw up annual settlements of the personal income tax (PIT- 4 R, PIT- 11, PIT- 40)
  • We draw up:
    • Files of the remuneration
    • Benefit files
