  • sWork Regulations, Remuneration Regulations and Social Fund Regulations these are documents required by the Polish Labour Law which every company employing 20 persons above must have. They are often worthless documents copied from ready patterns and not corresponding to the specificity of given company. Using from our experience of ten or twenty years in preparing regulations, we creat useful and practical documents which are supporting the personal strategy of the company. We are preparing:

With the business progress a need of guaranteeing the standardization and cohesions of practice appear of managing the staff, from preventing the mobbying on-the-job, through procedures of the recruitment and selection of employees, acting in case of the need to part with the employee for the management of the car fleet. We draw up and we send PFRON  (National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund – NDPRF) monthly and  annual declarations.
We prepare and  send  statistical statements to the Central Statistical Office.
We draw up the reports on the remuneration, headcount and other reports on personnel data in accordance with needs and expectations of the Principal. The reports and analyzes prepared by us are useful in the process of budgeting and personal cost controls in company, and short- and of long-term manpower planning.
