We have our team beyond experience lasting for fifteen years which we purchased working in many renowned companies on different managerial and executive positions. We worked in an international corporations, of the civil and public service, for joint-stock company of the treasury and in production-sales companies. We have also a reliable theoretical preparation get on studies and as a result of permanent deepening the knowledge.

WSZiM graduate in Warsaw. From 1998 employed at Polish wards of concerns: Smithkline Beecham, Hydro Poland, Kraft Foods, Siemens, General Electric. She was responsible for introducing payroll and personnel systems, creating procedures of the document flow, keeping the books, organising trainings, integration meetings and conferences, Job evaluation, building non-pay motivation systems, implementation of corporate regulations and procedures She took an active part in GE Women Network action.

SGGW graduate from horticulture (M.Sc. degree) in Warsaw, and she completed  post-graduate education in the scope of  public relations on UW,  human resources management  on SGH and the  labour law on WSPiZ L. Koźmiński. In years 1992 - 2001 she worked  in a Polish subsidiary of the Norwegian industrial group Norsk Hydro, and then - Hydro Poland. From 2002 to 2006 she was employed in the Polish Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture and in the years 2006 - 2008 in the production-sales company Lider Artur. She performed managerial functions in cannon of the personnel management. They are included  crucial competence: creating the HRM strategy including drawing up internal regulations and HR procedures, motivation systems, conducting recruitment projects, personnel administration, preparing budget of personal costs, and supervising calculating payroll, creating the structure of reporting.
Grzegorz Piotr Rękawek – member of the management board.
Graduate of chemistry (M.Sc. degree) at WSRP Siedlce and MBA on EU in Antwerp in Belgium (1993). In years 1994 - 97 employed in FAPA where dealt with issues of the European integration (served diplomatic internship in the European Commission). From 1997 he worked one by one at Polish wards of concerns: Solvay, Biesterfeld, General Electric, GEA Westfalia. He was responsible behind the development of the sale of plastics and he directed a dozen people with teams. He specializes in building the relation with customers and of creating systems of the individual cooperation with the customer, for managing companies, conducting restructurings of teams as well as creating systems orders with companies through objectives. He improved the effectiveness of employees through the individual coaching.
