Personnel administration

  • We handle with documents required by ZUS (Social Insurance Institution - SII) - ZUA, ZIUA, ZCNA, ZWUA.

Administration and payrolls

  • We calculate remunerations and other benefits pursuant to the provisions of contracts of employment, the collective labour agreements, the workplace regulations, the rules of remuneration, and the provisions in force
  • We calculate the benefits due during periods of temporary incapacity to work for the time of the inability to work, sickness benefits and maternity, the remuneration and holiday equivalents
  • We draw up:
    • Payrol lists
    • Payrol slips for employees
    • RMUA reports
    • Employment and remuneration  certificates
  • We prepare files of transfers of the remuneration in the format agreed with the Principal
  • We draw up and submit settlement documents (DRA, RCA, RSA, RZA) to ZUS  and we inform the Principal of payment deadlines for contribution
  • We calculate personal income tax for the Principal employees and we  inform the Principal of payment deadlines for taxes
  • We draw up annual settlements of the personal income tax (PIT- 4 R, PIT- 11, PIT- 40)

    • Files of the remuneration
    • Benefit files

Accounting service (Bookkeeping)

We conduct:
Accounting Books
Revenue and Expense Ledger Books
We register bookkeeping vouchers with an account books according to accounting rules
We set forth the advance payments on the income tax and settlements of VAT tax and we fill in and send monthly declarations
We execute the closer of the books after ending of the financial year  (revenue and expense ledger)
We execute the annual balance sheet and the profit and loss accounts statement with required declarations and the statistical reporting (accounting  book)
We draw up VAT-UE and INTRASTAT .
We execute statistical statements to the Central Statistical Office and the National Bank of Poland
We draw up and we implement accounting rules, including corporate charts of accounts

  • sWork Regulations, Remuneration Regulations and Social Fund Regulations these are documents required by the Polish Labour Law which every company employing 20 persons above must have. They are often worthless documents copied from ready patterns and not corresponding to the specificity of given company. Using from our experience of ten or twenty years in preparing regulations, we creat useful and practical documents which are supporting the personal strategy of the company. We are preparing:
