Personnel administration

  • We draw up documentation concerning the employment:
    • contracts of employment
    • an information for an employee about the employment conditions
    • contracts on the financial responsibilty
    • non-competition agreements
  • We establish and keep personal files of employees.
  • We review personnel documentation existing in the company – personal files and internal regulations.
  • We draw up documentation associated with the course of the employment:
    • change of working and/or payment conditions
    • annexes to contracts of employment
    • working time records
  • We establish employees’ entitlements and account usage of holidays and other absences, in it: of maternity leaves, unpaid leaves, sick leaves and other arising out of provisions in force.
  • We draw up documentation concerning termination of employment contract:
    • notices of termination of  contracts of employment
    • certificates of employment
  • We organise HSW (work safety and hygiene) trainings.
  • We handle with documents required by ZUS (Social Insurance Institution – SII) – ZUA, ZIUA, ZCNA, ZWUA.
